I had a last minute work gathering to attend. I placed an order for same day delivery near their closing time. The cookies were delivered, fresh, warm and super soft. The delivery lady called me to verify the address and to advise me that she made the delivery. She was super polite and sweet.

This is quite a good looking establishment, with good and quick service. But that's about it. The menu is small, and the prices are decent at best. The cookies are good, but honestly you could get grocery store cookies and heat them up , for half the cost and the same taste. They have other menu items, but I dont think it makes up for the decent cookies. There's nothing inherently wrong with Tiff's Treats, it's just boring and feels uninspired.

I love Tiff's treats and have always ordered online for delivery I have 4 kids so we always get a couple dozen. I visited the store in person last week to pick up cookies on my way home and the young lady who works the front definitely shouldn't be! It took her forever to ask me what I wanted. Dry tone definitely didn't want to be there almost seemed bothered! I asked about the new butter pecan cookies no feedback either way. She half warmed up the cookies just to send me on my way.I will never visit in person again.

Everyone loves Tiff's, but I just came here to RAVE about this location. I use Tiff's at minimum 4x a month for work and normally have to pick up in the earlier hours. Every time I go in the staff is SO sweet and has my order prepared perfectly! Also wanted to give a super shout out to the tall guy that normally works the morning shift. (I'm sorry I haven't caught your name) I would go so far to say he is one of the best representatives of Tiff's. Amazing customer service, always super friendly, and helpful. He is absolutely amazing and deserves to be recognized!! He is the reason that I will continue to use Tiff's for work vs any other cookie place. OH and their snickerdoodle cookies are FABULOUS!
